Product Description

This product is a special gear transmission device designed for plastic and rubber single screw extruder equipment. It is characterized by the use of high-strength alloy steel for gear and shaft parts. The gear is processed by carburizing, quenching and gear grinding. The gear accuracy is Grade 6 (GB10095), and the tooth surface hardness is HRC54-62. The front end of the hollow output shaft is equipped with a super sized thrust bearing to bear the working axial force of the screw. The whole machine has the characteristics of compact design structure, high bearing capacity, stable transmission, low noise, high efficiency, etc.
